Brisbane Trauma Informed Practitioners

Jane Bowman

I work with a variety of issues including problematic substance use, depression, anxiety, trauma and disordered eating. My focus is on assisting my clients to live their life more fully wherever they are. This includes those who are struggling with significant mental health issues to those who feel they need shorter term effective and professional support.

I offer a warm, professional, and effective service with a focus on safety, transparency, and respect. I draw upon my experience of working with a wide variety of issues to tailor therapy to you and your individual situation. I have a focus on providing high quality services in ways that are accessible.
