I am a qualified social worker, a graduate of the University of Qld. I am a registered member of the AASW and credentialled as a Mental Health Social Worker, which ensures I am a registered Medicare Provider for counselling services.

I have over 25 years of professional experience working in the health, disability, rehabilitation, disaster response areas and employment assistance services.

My areas of particular interest include:

• Counselling for grief and loss
• Trauma – including complex and personal trauma
• Relationship and interpersonal problems and conflict
• Parenting and family issues
• Neurodivergent related issues

I am skilled in a number of therapeutic modalities and particularly interested in relational models informed by emerging developments within attachment theory, neuropsychology and social science. 

My approach to working with people is warm, positive and inclusive. I aim to provide a safe, ethical and respectful environment for all persons.

I work in private practice in the western suburbs of Brisbane. Appointments and requests for information can be made via phone or email. Fees are within guidelines set by the AASW and may be adjusted for cases of hardship.
